What Grade Does Your Website Deserve? This Real Estate Virtual Assistant Shares Her Report Card!
There is a website out there called WebsiteGrader.com where you can put in your URL and even your competition’s URL, and it will give you a general “report card” for your website. I think it provides a good fundamental point for improving your website’s performance.
My “website” is really a WordPress blog, and this tool worked just fine for me, so don’t count yourself out just because you might not have a traditional stand alone website. I’m not saying that everything they tell you is golden in this report, but I do think it is a good starting point to work from. I am one of those people who like a list that tells me what to do. My real badge is on the home page of my real estate virtual assistant website if you want to see it where it belongs

Real Estate Virtual Assistant Suggests Using An Editorial Calendar to Stay On Track With Your Blogging Efforts
We all use calendars already, right? Sure we do! The problem is, there are so many options available to us that many people have bits and pieces scattered over various calendars, which makes it very hard to stay on track. There are old fashioned wall calendars, desk blotter calendars, “Dayrunner” type calendars in our paper organizers, calendars on our computers, calendars on our hand held gaming systems even, and of course, calendars on our cell phones / PDAs.
Now, I’m not here to tell you that one calendar is any better than any of the others…I AM here to tell you that everyone is different and you need to use what will work best for you and your daily schedule. For most people, because we’re on the go constantly, that is going to be either the “Dayrunner” type calendar or the calendar that is on your cell phone / PDA. I...read more »

Get Started Utilizing My Real Estate Support Services As Your Real Estate VA
Here’s how it works… Once you’ve decided that you are interested in partnering with me to grow your business, simply send me this email form to get me some initial information and let me know what consultation method you would prefer, email or phone. Once the consultation is taken care of, which is when we will discuss fees (very reasonable – one new closing received as a benefit of partnering with me could very reasonably cover my retainer fees for up to two full years!), and if we have decided to work together, then I will send you a contract as well as the credit card authorization slip for the monthly retainer. With those details out of the way, we can then get down to work!
Wait! Before you fill out this form, read this to see if we should be working together – it’s important to me to make...read more »
Sample Real Estate Support Services Packages of Real Estate VA Services
Partnering with a Virtual Assistant for 10 hours per month can

hours per month.
Example #1:
Update blog weekly
Update print version of office inventory weekly
Update listings on website weekly
Update contacts in database and send out newsletter monthly(This
stuff has to be done and the value of having it done well by a virtual
assistant specializing in real estate support services, as opposed to
by an entry level in office assistant who just wants to collect her
weekly paycheck is astonishing.)
Example #2:
Prepare listing presentations
Research and contact the expired listings in your target area
Research and contact the FSBOs in your target area
Send greeting cards to your sphere of influence (Just one contract obtained from either of these methods could more than pay for our fees for about 2 years!)

Certified REVA Provides Real Estate Support Services – Let Me Be Your Real Estate VA!
My business model as a real estate virtual assistant has been very well received, and I am thrilled. It is a concept that has been bubbling in my brain and just waiting to come to fruition. I didn’t come to it on my own, two mentors whom I value, both unknowingly had their hands in it. I have been trying to come up with a way to change my business model in a way that was more beneficial for my real estate agent clients, making it easier for them to see the value in partnering with a real estate virtual assistant. There are two vanity domain names that apply to this site: TheValueof10.com (which simply forwards here) and The10HourVA.com (which is my Active Rain blog where I share tips and advice with you) – both are symbolic of what I am trying to do with this site and with my...read more »
