So, what’s that all about? The National Association of Lady Real Estate Agents knows that females bring a different essence to everything they do. They are women after all! The problem is, that women have been taught that real estate is a man’s world and that women should try to emulate them in business…ummm…really? The statistics prove otherwise…they show that even though women have been brain-washed into thinking that real estate is a man’s world, and even though women in real estate have tried to be “like” men as they were told…female’s numbers in the industry are higher. What Grade Does Your Website Deserve? This Real Estate Virtual Assistant Shares Her Report Card!
There is a website out there called WebsiteGrader.com where you can put in your URL and even your competition’s URL, and it will give you a general “report card” for your website. I think it provides a good fundamental point for improving your website’s performance.
My “website” is really a WordPress blog, and this tool worked just fine for me, so don’t count yourself out just because you might not have a traditional stand alone website. I’m not saying that everything they tell you is golden in this report, but I do think it is a good starting point to work from. I am one of those people who like a list that tells me what to do. My real badge is on the home page of my real estate virtual assistant website if you want to see it where it belongs

A potential client mentioned this resource to me for the first time about a month ago and I thought it sounded really cool. Now that I have seen it in action, I wanted to recommend it to you! There is no affiliation on this one – I just think it’s a great concept. All you do, while you’re out and about or otherwise occupied is call into Jott via a toll free number and tell it to add items to your to do list, send text messages or email messages to your contacts, send you reminders, send group emails, etc… All just by making a phone call, probably while you’re sitting in traffic…how’s that for increased productivity? I was recently turned on to this collaboration solution by a colleague, I was using Basecamp before, and I have to say that I don’t miss Basecamp a bit. There’s no affiliation, I am just a happy user and suggest to most of my clients that we work with Airset.com to keep us organized and on task. There is a main screen which you can customize for each project with readers, personalized messages, and any number of widgets. There is a calendar, blog feature, lists, and messaging feature. Document sharing / storage is also included. There really isn’t much that I need that it doesn’t provide, the only thing that would be nice is if this document sharing could allow for real time changes, so that downloading and uploading new versions of the flyer or whatever I’m working on.
