As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant I am Often Asked About SEO
Clients basically just want a general understanding…they don’t want to know how to do everything themselves. Here’s a link to a blog post that I wrote over on Active Rain on the subject of web design and SEO…it’s not all inclusive by any means. Just a fun little overview…yes, I did say fun. Don’t Keep Your Listing Inventory A Secret
Here’s an excerpt from an article that I posted as a Contributing Author last night over at RealBlogging.com, if you feel it’s worthy based on the excerpt, simply click through and read the rest of it. I think you will find that it contains some valuable information. Here’s the excerpt: You’ve got listings, yes you do…you’ve got listings, good for you!!! Ummm…the market is overflowing with listings right now, and no matter how superior your listings are over anyone else’s listings, they don’t do you any good unless you get them out there! You have to get them out to the people that are buying in your area; you also want to get them out to potential sellers so that they can see how you would handle their listing if they were to sign with you. You have a sphere of influence, you have a database…why aren’t you using it? ...read more »

Don't forget – Vacations are a great time to utilize a Virtual Assistant
No, we don’t take on clients for just a quick week or so…but we do suggest that you partner with a long term virtual assistant who is familiar with your business, your clients and your open deals so that when you finally do get the chance to take a vacation you aren’t constantly having to field phone calls and deal with issues that could easily be set up to be routed through your trusted virtual assistant while you are away. You could have your real estate virtual assistant checking your emails for you and only forwarding the really important ones that you, personally, just have to deal with while you’re away to your Blackberry or Treo. I bet when it comes right down to it that there aren’t more than two per day that you really have to deal with yourself…even if there’s a deal closing or something critical going...read more »
